FREE & EASY Ways to Support Wass
We all want to help out our Wass Community and support our children's programs and education. Here are some EASY and FREE ways to contribute.
If you do all or some of your grocery shopping at Kroger, please add Wass Elementary to your Kroger card. Just visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com, click on Michigan, click on "Enroll" or "Re-enroll" to select Wass rewards. We averaged $4,000 last year from generous parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends & neighbors. Anyone can add Wass to their Kroger card. Registration must be completed annually every April. Check the bottom of your Kroger receipts to ensure Wass is your named organization.
You can “target” your giving to the school from the Target Red Card. Don't have a Target Red Card? No problem, you can sign up for one next time you are at the register. It is not necessarily another credit card; you can also choose to have just an extension of your bank debit card. There are no fees when you choose this option and it earns you an automatic 5 percent off every time you use it at Target. You also get free shipping if you buy online at Target.com. As a community initiative, they donate a percentage to local schools, up to one percent of your purchase - you just have to let them know which one you prefer. If you already have your Red Card, the number to call is 1-888-729-7331. Follow the prompts and choose the “other” option, you'll then hear about choosing a school. It wants to know which city and school name. Find out more about this program and to search for Wass Elementary and to see what benefits it has already been receiving, visit http://www.target.com/redcard/main.
If you like to shop with Amazon, please shop AmazonSmile and designate Wass Elementary as the recipient of 0.5% of your purchases.
